Trent Hanna

President

As President and CEO, Trent oversees the operations of SSI Incorporated of NW Arkansas. He is responsible for the development of new clients and the growth of the company. Trent is very active in the pre-construction phase of projects and gives extra attention to Design-Build projects. Trent’s background is in Project Management and his formal education is in Architecture, but he enjoys accounting and is involved in the day-to-day management of internal accounting procedures.

Trent has been in the construction industry for eight years and has worked on a wide range of projects. He lives with his wife and two sons in Tontitown, Arkansas. He and his family are actively involved in their church where he serves as a Deacon. Trent is an avid golfer and loves to play on as many of the local courses as he can.

 

JOHNATHAN PARKER

Operations Manager 

As Vice President and Operations Manager, Johnathan is responsible for building client relationships, estimating, budgeting, managing internal operations, interpersonal management, and overseeing construction projects. He enjoys directing jobs from conception to completion, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Johnathan joined SSI in June of 2023 and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He lives in Prairie Grove with his wife and three sons. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and Razorback sports.

 

PHIL WARREN

Accounting Manager 

As Accounting Manager, Phil is responsible for the financial reporting and human resources activities of SSI Incorporated of NW Arkansas. This includes preparing and sending payments to vendors, depositing and recording checks from customers, processing payroll, and onboarding new employees.

 

Phil graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Harding University and in 2021 with a Master of Business Administration from Henderson State University. He has 5 years of accounting experience in the construction, production, and medical industries. He lives in Prairie Grove with his wife and in his free time enjoys exercising, playing video games, and all things Razorbacks.
