Company History of SSI NWA
SSI NWA was founded in 1969 by Leo Anhalt, an exemplary leader in our industry, and we are proud to say we have been in operation ever since! SSI NWA provides design-build, pre and post construction, and construction management services for Arkansas and our surrounding states. Early on, the company spotted opportunities for growth in the northwest region of the state, so we expanded operations with an office right here in Springdale, AR.
In 1984, the Springdale branch officially became a standalone entity to directly serve clients in the Northwest Arkansas region. In January of 2023 Trent Hanna, an experienced professional in the industry stepped in as Managing Partner of SSI NWA. Trent is on a mission to become the largest General Contractor in the region, with a team of passionate and skilled professionals on his side.
Trent has been in the construction industry on a professional level for five years now, and has loved every minute. He received his bachelor of science in architecture from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and has experience on projects ranging up to $100M. With a background in architecture, he offers a unique perception in managing job sites and pays extra attentio to the smallest of details on a project. Trent also has experience with both construction labor and construction mangement, making him a tremendous asset to operating SSI NWA and leading our team to success.

SSI NWA understands that a successful project is dependent upon a satisfied client. SSI NWA post construction services and warranties extend for one year after completion which provides for repairs that are not related to normal wear and tear. SSI NWA strives to ensure that every detail is to the satifaction of the client to earn their repeat business.
